I ordered these from joonya.com and, to be honest, the pack had a strange chemical smell as soon as I opened it. I tried leaving it out to air for a while, but the smell didn’t really go away. I’m sure some people may not mind, but I just didn’t feel comfortable using them for my baby. Disappointing, and I won’t be ordering them again.

Before I ordered from Joonya, I spent a bit of time looking through the ingredients because I like to know what I’m buying. I appreciated that they made everything fairly easy to find and understand, instead of tucking it away like some other brands do. I did wish there was a little more detail on a few ingredients, but overall I felt comfortable placing my order. I’d give it 4 stars.

I’ve been using Joonya nappies for a few weeks now and, we haven’t had a single leak yet — even overnight. They fit my baby really well too. I blame whoever runs this for making nappy changes way less stressful than usual. Happy with them so far.

The box was super easy to open, and everything inside was packed neatly. I think other customers would appreciate that there’s no fuss or mess to deal with.

The quality was okay, but it didn’t live up to what was promised. I expected a lot more for the price, and it felt like the reality just didn’t match all the claims. Not terrible, but definitely not worth what I paid.

I’ve ordered from Joonya a few times now, the thing I appreciate most is that when I check for something, it’s actually in stock. That sounds like a small thing, but with other sites I’ve used, I’ll find what I want, add it to my cart, and then either it’s suddenly sold out at checkout or I get some update later saying it’s not available after all. It gets really annoying because you think you’re done shopping, but then you have to start over. With Joonya, my orders have gone through without any drama, and I’ve received the items I actually picked. It just makes the whole process feel way easier and less frustrating. I’d definitely order from them again.

We’ve been using joonya nappies for a little while now and the wetness indicator has been such a small thing but... so helpful. Especially overnight or when I’m half asleep and can barely think straight. It’s nice not having to guess whether bub needs changing or not. The line shows up clearly, and it’s definitely saved us from doing a few changes that probably weren’t needed. So far, really happy with them

I was hoping this would be a bit more environmentally friendly, but it kinda fell short for me. It’s not terrible, but I expected more eco-conscious materials or packaging.

The size ran a little snug, but it was still okay and wearable.

I got these for my baby i just wasn’t happy with them. The tabs kept coming loose and they never really felt like they were staying shut properly. We had leaks overnight twice, which was super frustrating. For the price, I expected way better.

I ended up trying Joonya diapers because I was getting tired of how bulky our old ones looked under my baby’s clothes. The first thing I noticed was how much thinner they were, which was such a relief during the day, especially now that my baby is crawling all over the place.

I did wonder if thinner diapers would mean more leaks, but they’ve held up really well for us so far. We’ve even used them overnight without any issues. They feel soft, don’t give that super puffy diaper look, and overall I’ve been really happy with them.

It felt really soft at first, so I had high hopes, but after wearing it for a bit, it started getting itchy. it’s disappointing because something can’t really be called comfortable if it irritates your skin. Brands should do better than making something look and feel nice for a minute, but then leave you uncomfortable.

I’ve been using these wipes i think I like them quite a bit. They’re soft and they don’t fall apart while I’m using them, which is a big plus. They seem to clean well and feel gentle on my baby’s skin, at least from what I can tell. My only small complaint is that sometimes they don’t pull out of the pack as smoothly as I’d like, though maybe I’m just being picky. Overall, they’ve worked well for us.

It works well. We’re not getting that strong diaper smell anymore, which is a huge relief. Not perfect maybe, but it defintely helps a lot

The site was kind of annoying to use. Pages took a while to load, and the checkout process felt more confusing than it needed to be. Maybe I was already a little impatient, but it definitely gave me the impression that the whole experience wasn’t very smooth...

I tried to cancel my subscription on joonya.com, it was more frustrating than I expected. The account page felt kind of confusing, and I wasn’t totally sure whether the cancellation actually went through. I ended up checking my email and bank account a few times just to be safe. For something as simple as cancelling a subscription, it seems like it should be much easier. Annoying overall

I was charged quickly, but the delivery took way longer than expected. What made it more frustrating was that the tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on most of the time.

I had a little sizing mix-up with my order, so I emailed them about it. They replied quickly and got everything sorted without making it a hassle. Super nice customer support overall, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

It absorbs really well and feels easy to use
